These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeeta9 online gaming platform ("Platform", "jeeta9") and its registered users ("you", "user").

• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• The original deposit amount cannot be withdrawn without completing the bonus wagering, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts, whether alone or in coordination with others, will be considered fraud.
• jeeta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If jeeta9 suspects any misuse of a bonus, it may cancel that bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The jeeta9 VIP Program has 5 tiers in total. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity and transactions on the platform. Separate terms apply for VIP benefits.

All gaming and betting activities on jeeta9 are subject to the following rules.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• jeeta9 reserves the right to correct any results or payouts that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, that round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• The game provider's own rules may apply and will serve as a complement to jeeta9's rules.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Betting odds may change before a match starts; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, a decision regarding that bet will be made in accordance with jeeta9's policy.
• jeeta9 is not liable for missed bets in live betting due to internet connection loss.

6.3 Fair Play Guarantee

• Being identified as an underage user.
• Court or government order.

8.2 Closure by the User
